Please be as thorough as you can. what Tech Support you need (such as, but not limited to: "the clickable download link did not work"; "I forgot my password"; "I need help installing the software"; "it says I am already signed in, and I am not!"; "it says that my email address is already in use or doesn't match"; "it says my subscription is not active").
